Mountain Electric Cooperative Selects McLean Engineering for Transmission Line Inspection

Mountain Electric Cooperative of Mountain City, Tenn., recently selected McLean Engineering Company to provide transmission line construction inspection for a difficult 69-kV project winding through a rough, mountainous region of its electric service territory.

McLean will provide engineering project review of tensioned wire pulling in addition to general inspection support during the construction process of 4.5 miles of transmission line.

McLean works with municipalities, cooperatives and investor-owned utilities to provide inspection services that are specific, location-based and actionable.
