Broad River Electric Selects McLean for Pole Attachment Services
Broad River Electric Cooperative, based in Cowpens, S.C., recently selected McLean Engineering Company to provide pole attachment permitting support in response to the demand for fiber/high-speed internet in rural areas of its service territory.
As communication companies submit permit requests to the Cooperative for the purpose of attaching equipment to the utility-owned poles, McLean is providing support by performing distribution staking on permit requests.
McLean works with many municipalities, cooperatives and state trade organizations to navigate through joint-use concerns by providing expertise in all areas related to joint-use and pole attachment matters.
