Regulatory Alert: Georgia PSC Regulations Toolkit
New State of Georgia Public Service Commission regulations took effect on July 1, which largely focus on GEMC member’s relationship with authorized attachers on their systems. The regulations provide for strengthened penalties on attachers with violations, increased fees for EMC work completed on behalf of attachers, and a new pole attachment rental rate.
